Privacy
Last updated 10 August 2026. This describes how Sarabi handles account and household data. It is product documentation, not a substitute for counsel-reviewed counsel when you incorporate.
Who we are
Sarabi is an AI-native parenting companion. Contact for privacy requests: privacy@heysarabi.com.
What we collect
- Account — email and auth session via Supabase Auth.
- Household profile — timezone, goals, optional home city, and child first names / age bands you enter to personalize guidance.
- App data — shopping lists, reminders, saved plans, chat session metadata, and family memories you approve.
- Integrations — Google Calendar OAuth tokens (server-only) when you connect calendar; Stripe customer and subscription ids for billing.
- Email delivery — reminder and digest preference flags, plus a capability token for unsubscribe (never a household id in the URL).
- Telemetry — optional coarse product analytics and OpenTelemetry spans that intentionally omit full chat inputs/outputs and child-identifying detail.
How we use it
To run the product: authenticate you, personalize content and Ask, deliver reminders you opted into, process Pro billing, and keep households isolated from each other. We do not sell personal data.
AI processing
Ask messages are processed by the configured model provider through Vercel AI Gateway so Sarabi can reply and call household-scoped tools. Treat chat as sensitive: do not paste secrets. Family memories and side-effecting tools require your approval before they change durable state.
Retention and control
You can edit household profile fields and review or delete family memories in Settings. Email preferences and unsubscribe stop further reminder/digest mail. For account deletion or export requests, use the privacy address above.
Children
Sarabi is for caregivers. We store only the child details you choose to provide for personalization. The product is not directed at children creating their own accounts.
